The Distinguished Writer's Series, curated by faculty of the Creative Writing Program at the UA, presents a reading by Jennifer Elise Foerster and Michael Wasson. 

Jennifer Elise Foerster is the author of three books of poetry, most recently, The Maybe Bird (The Song Cave, 2022). The recipient of a NEA Creative Writing Fellowship, a Lannan Foundation Writing Residency Fellowship, and a Wallace Stegner Fellow in Poetry at Stanford, she lives in San Francisco. 

Michael Wasson is the author of This American Ghost (YesYes Books, 2017), winner of the Vinyl 45 Chapbook Prize. A 2019 Ruth Lilly and Dorothy Sargent Rosenberg Poetry Fellow and a 2018 Native Arts and Cultures Foundation National Artist Fellow in Literature, he is nimíipuu from the Nez Perce Reservation in Idaho.
