Poetry Circle is a series of monthly poetry discussions that take place on select Saturday afternoons at the Health Sciences and Innovation Building (HSIB), 1670 E Drachman St. Tucson, AZ 85721, a five minute walk from the Poetry Center. Different poets are discussed each month with topics evolving from feedback of participants. Community members are invited to come and share their knowledge of favorite poets or listen and learn about new poets. No prior knowledge of a poet’s work is necessary. Docents provide reading materials for participants sourced from the Poetry Center’s world-renowned collection. Different poets are discussed each month with topics evolving from feedback of participants.
