Jessica Sue Vocatura received her BA in Classics from San Francisco State University and MA in Classical Archaeology from the University of Arizona. She is currently translating the iambic poet Hipponax from Ancient Ionian Greek. In addition to her work with ancient languages, she has also conducted archaeological fieldwork in Pompeii, Italy; Hatay, Turkey; and Luxor, Egypt. She currently works as Secretary for the American Literary Translators Association.
