In commemoration of the WWI centennial, several University of Arizona departments have come together to host the interdisciplinary WWI Symposium & Reading, "Beyond National Narratives: A Holistic and Intercultural Look at the War to end all Wars." Join us March 28th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Student Union's Kiva Room to hear faculty from German Studies, English, Russian & Slavic Studies, MENAS, History, and more discuss a variety of topics relating to the Great War.

Afterwards, join us at the Poetry Center from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., which includes a catered reception, followed by UA faculty and affiliates reading from WWI-related texts.
