Join us for a Poetry Center docent-led tour of the 20 winning haiku that are featured in planters in Downtown Tucson for the 2024 Haiku Hike. The theme for the 2024 contest was Serenity; more than 2,000 haiku were submitted, and the 20 winning haiku were selected by Tucson's Poet Laureate, TC Tolbert.  For this event, we'll meet in the lobby of Hotel Congress at 9am, and depart for the hike from there.  Sun protection and water is encouraged.  We estimate the total walk to be less than 1 mile.  Below is map of the haiku locations and the general route we will be taking.
