This exhibit presents a selection of books from the Poetry Center’s permanent collection where folding provides the primary structure: accordion books, books made from single sheets of paper, books that unfold like maps, books with fold-out segments, and even a book that unfolds to reveal a mountain range. An interactive component invites exhibit viewers to make their own simple folded books.
Exhibitions are displayed in the Jeremy Ingalls Gallery of the Poetry Center.
