We are very fortunate to have our Shop Talk on Mary Jo Bang led by poet Joni Wallace, who shares the Poetry Center stage with Bang on October 6 (details here). Bang, who teaches at Washington University, is the author of six books, including the abecedarian sequence The Bride of E (2009). Her work is bright, visceral, punctuated, and inventive.
