Take a five day journey through Brian Selznick’s graphic novel, The Invention of Hugo Cabret. Flex your detective skills and Cabret trivia knowledge with interactive scavenger hunts. Explore the streets of Paris and the dreams of invention filled with clockworks and automatons. Design your own world with hands on art projects and creative writing activities across all genres (poetry, fiction, non-fiction). Make your own automaton! Participants should come to camp each day with a copy of The Invention of Hugo Cabret by Brian Selznick.
