Did you know that actor Leonard Nimoy, beloved worldwide for his portrayal of Mr. Spock, has also written several books of poetry? Come to the Poetry Center to see a sampling of his poetry, along with work by Suzanne Somers, Viggo Mortensen, Leonard Cohen, and Tupac Shakur, among many others. In this exhibit, the Poetry Center pays an affectionate tribute to celebrities in other fields who have used their considerable influence and talents to widen poetry’s audience.
