The University of Arizona's Poetry Center is inviting qualified applicants to apply for the position of Event Coordinator. The Event Coordinator is a critical role that supports the Literary Director to help produce all aspects of the Reading and Lectures Series, Classes and Workshops, and Summer Residency program, including everything from pre-event administrative details and logistics to leading day-of events. The successful candidate will support the Poetry Center's affiliation with CantoMundo, the Art for Justice Program, and other strategic community partnerships, oversee space usage at the Poetry Center and support development-related events. The Event Coordinator recruits, coordinates and organizes volunteers for events as needed and serves as the primary liaison for the Poetry Center Guest Cottage.
