Suzanne Hesh: Cursive

Monday, December 4, 2017 to Saturday, February 17, 2018

In Cursive, textile artist Suzanne Hesh integrates the visual qualities of handwriting into a contemporary textile form. Each piece in the Cursive series is a visual manifestation of the layers of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual activity that occur internally and then are externalized in uncensored, unrestricted writing. Themes explored in the work include contemplation, process, infinity, and the unity and discontinuity of thoughts and ideas.

Exhibitions are displayed in the Jeremy Ingalls Gallery of the Poetry Center.
